As the name Gilt & Gloss implies her main inspiration is the decorative arts, embodied in her work by rich lustrous textures, metallic finishes, precious materials, saturated colours to create mood and depth, contrasted with the architectural elements of modernism to create a design signature of informed sophistication. Her desire is to create luxury spaces of relaxed harmonious beauty that inspire, nurture and vitalise those that live within.
